OK!  Bob Doolittle of Paragentec.com told me to get on Skype and I finally did.  I respect his judgements about computers as he's been a computer nerd since I was in a sandbox.  I have a GRAND nephew who's going to be four soon, so Bob Doolittle has been around a while.
